One path to an updated understanding of changing environments is the ISCe 2009 event SATCOM Solutions For Military and Civil Agencies in a Changing Environment. This conference is going to be conducted from June 2nd through June 4th at the fabulous San Diego Marriott Hotel and Marina in San Diego, California.
